black mesa source freeze at loading

Hi! I just downloaded black mesa 2 days ago and i gave up on trying to run it.
At first i had black screen and nothing appears i saw a soloution here by typing +map background none it seems to be working for main menu but when i tried to play new game the loading freeze at 5 bars i think, please help me to make it work

P.S:i tried dxlevel 9.0 nothing happens,and i cant acess to options either

P.S2:
I have half-life 2 +css + gmod and they are running in full speed and and best graphics settings

Try redownloading it. Some files might be corrupted. Also make sure your drivers are up to date.
