Second: If you create something like a theme, people expect pictures of it before downloading so my advice for you is to upload some.
Third: GRAMMER WATHZ DAT LULZ?! As it is said in the FAQ, this is not a chat, take your time and write that damn post correctly!
You posted two diffirent posts, one suggesting that link contains a logo and another saying it’s a skin for Windows XP.
So obviously, whatever it is, it ain’t a skin for Windows XP.
So, who wants to be the guinea pig and see if it’s a virus?

I used to have this skin, it’s not actually made by OP.
The only difference is the start button.
It’s virus free, if you’re wondering.
Don’t have so many exclaimation marks in the title, it’s not a big deal.
