I’ve asked the question in Black Mesa is released! thread, but you might have missed it in the large number of posts.

What is the license of Black Mesa resources? Can they be used freely elsewhere?

You might wanna PM cman2k 'bout that. Don’t get you hopes up high. Not all assets will be usable elsewhere.
