Black Mesa lags!! Help!

ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz CL9 16GB (4 + 4 + 4 + 4)
Crucial m4 SSD 64gb
Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB (Steam is installed here!)
Sapphire Radeon HD 6870 1gb GDDR5

It’s lags almost all the time when i play (i don’t have the highest resolution either)
I have updated the graphic card.

I have no idea why it’s lagging, if you got a clue, please answer!

Is your pc up to date? Try installing all primary and secondairy updates.
