Just “finished” the game. Amazing. It was a long time coming but in the end worth the wait. Thanks for all the hard work that you guys put into it.

What, that they decided to show what they had so far and give us the rest when it’s finished? I’m seriously sick and tired of people like you…
I’m in love with the game and I’m actually grateful that they did release it. That doesn’t stop me from wondering and being curious as to just why they did release it unfinished, if it’s been 8 years then why not just wait for the one final level to be complete before releasing? Strange to me, but like I said I’m not complaining.
I finally finished it.
It is the best game I’ve ever played.

For me The BM Deathmatch will be the most important addition to the game.
Because of this:
“Development on xen is already underway and we hope to have it finished up in a reasonable timeframe. Xen is going to basically be a complete game in its own right, it’s not going to be just an epilogue to the game; more of a whole new chapter. It’ll be pretty well expanded.”
I finished it sometime yesterday afternoon and am now playing Half-Life Source til Xen gets released. I will say Black Mesa is a great mod and basically the only mod I have ever tried on Steam. Black Mesa has every right to be its own game.
i’ve finished it 2 days ago and i just wanted to say: THANK YOU DEVS FOR THE GREAT WORK!! it was worth all the waiting over all the 7-8 years.

I just registered to say big thank you to the developers team. You made a great work. I can assure you that for that much time of development, it was worth to wait. A great thing, full of little details and so beautiful. This game is ART, it’s not just a game. It’s a story… Climatic, something you can show to the younger generation that want’s the candy ass effects.
Adding few sentences by NPC’s to the plot. This game is like Half-Life 1.5 A step to must visit in HL universe.
Im looking forward for donating you guys. It is a big thing, maybe not many will pay, but please continue your work. It was worth waiting for this game, since you annouced it, it was still worth it.
Damn im going to find this DVD Cover you putted once, and im going to burn a DVD. It’s a masterpiece what you have done. Music, models, animations! Guys, this game should be sold, or at least provided officialy for even symbolic 1€!
