When I try to run Black Mesa I get the error message that it is currently unavailable. I can play other source mods like mission improbable, but not Black Mesa. Any suggestions?
I ran into this issue myself a few minutes ago. See if this fixes it:
Go Tools under your Library.
Find Source SDK 2007, right click on it, and then click Properties.
Go to the Local Files tab, and click “Verify Integrity of Tool Cache”.
Let the process complete, and try again. Let me know if that works for ya.

I figure I should post some specs:
windows 7
intel core2duo e8400
3gb memory
ati 6870 1gb
250gb samsung ssd
and reinstalling SDK2007 did not work
Did you try removing SDK2006? I believe it might be a dependency.
I have to uninstall 2007 to uninstall 2006. so I uninstalled both and reinstalled 2007. no luck.
