Black Mesa in GMod?

(So, this may be in the wrong place, but I’m new and don’t know jack about this forum)[/SIZE]
So, how do you add Black Mesa maps/weapons/NPCs to Garry’s Mod 13. I’ve been searching for this for some time now and have found nothing, so I’m asking you fine fellows for assistance.

you dont, your not allowed to “steal” them for other mods

Do you even know what Garry’s mod is?

As for the OP, I believe you do it the same way as you add any other file. Though, I’ve never done it myself.
Found some discussions about it, they say something about just copying the files from the BMS folder into the Garry’s mod folder and write your own addon info file.

The manually importing does not work on Gmod 13…just saying
Someone is going to need to make an addon and post it on the workshop.
Also most addons from gmod.org are broken due Gmod 13’s engine.

You’re already here for 2 years, how the fuck do you do not know the correct information?

The weapons and NPCs have mostly custom code that is part of Black Mesa, and you can’t just copy that over. So you probably wouldn’t get them to work properly. Models and stuff though could just be copied over. It’s been a couple years since I messed with Garry’s Mod, but you should be able to spawn it using the browse tab. If not you could create a custom spawnlist file, but I forgot how to do that, so Google it.

Many models in Black Mesa have custom shaders AFAIK, so maybe it would be harter rather than just copying them.

Not sure about this topic.plz explaine me…

Wow, a necropost, and you couldn’t even be bothered to read the thread to get all the information there is to say.

Congratulations on bumping an thread that already has clear answers.
You Sir, are an genius.

I find it odd how hard you’re all being on P(PORTAL)RTAL; the views he was expressing were pretty common when I came on here more often.
