That likely means the playthrough was real, but this single upload and those edits were done by other guy in order to make fun of the player I guess.
I hate that guy’s voice. He goes around slinging stupid one liners at women like a total dudebro. UGH.
he sounds like a whiney 12 year old
wouldnt exactly call it ‘in a nutshell’ either, at almost 2 hours
Well I actually thought he sounds like a eunuch.
The player is legitimate. He makes his living from youtube and all of his videos consist of him being terrible at video games, bitching at developers and his viewers, and being a generally unpleasant human being.
And also, why is he firming his monitor by using his video camera? Was he too cheap to get fraps since he makes money off from youtube?
Fraps ain’t worth the money.
That, and maybe he’s dumb enough to not know how capture software works.
if the devs remove the crouch jump requirement because of this, I will be disappoint
(I mean, it’s not like this exact same issue was featured in countless threads since BM was released or anything, noooo, this is the first time anyone has ever brought up the issue, yep, no sarcasm at all here)
Removing it completely would be a mistake, but toning it down so that regular jumps are more, well… regular… That would be a good idea.
Because of the hazard course demonstration in HL1, I always thought of the crouch jump as a sort of button-combo mantling system almost, whereas in Black Mesa it was more like “the required key combo to make jumps”
And the devs thought that the Hazard Course wouldn’t be needed in this age… for the crouch-jumping, they can’t remove that, considering it’s a gameplay mechanic, hence the longjump module or whatever is it called. Removing that would require some drastic Xen changes.
