What are they used for?

Kinda weird that likes received gets the lowest score, but whatevs.

The likes I get on fakebook are used to pay the mortgage.
I found a box of old valentines cards in the attic from kindergarten, those went to paying off my student loans.

In all seriousness I’m pretty sure points are just a stock feature of Burning Board that diesn’t have any real use beyond rankings.
