This is my favorite. it just looks the most professional, not too cluttered or complex, and most of all, has some slick colors and formatting. 
I’ve just updated my recent cover with a new front (HL2 style), added some borders to the screenies and made it a bit neater. Enjoy
P.S. I know that the middle screenshot is not good quality, its a low-res scan from my mag. I’m waiting for the hi-res pics.

Burn the install program to a DVD with a custom autorun.ini file, and hey presto! Black Mesa DVD that will automatically begin installing. And with all these custom DVD sleeve, you can show off one of the greatest mods of 2010 (maybe 2011) to all friends/co-workers/random bystanders.
