Black Mesa crashes and now all of my source games lag

I was playing, it was going just fine.

Get toward the end.

Suddenly, it crashes. I reboot the game

Suddenly it lags so bad I can hardly use the menu (also no audio)

And now ALL of my source games have this issue.
