You’re using the Source 2007 compiler with our retail engine. I’d imagine that’s the problem.

Kevin’s completely rewritten all the closed caption files anyway, so if you’re working on a translation, you might want to hold off until the next update, when we hope to roll those out. Old files won’t work anymore.

Use the compiler supplied with the retail version. It’s in the bin folder.

The next update will be within a few months.
