Black Mesa 2009 Update

Development hell,here we come.

I actually believe developers’ posts are way more interesting.

Damn…

Agreed. Shame we don’t get too many in-depth ones anymore.

Devs no longer veiwing thread ASS!

“we spent the last 5 years working on INBOUND… none of the other stuff in the trailer was real… just various test renders… we really thought the rest would breeze by in 2009.”

thats what they’re really saying!

:stuck_out_tongue:

I am dissapoint!

Haha, just kidding, we can wait, keep up the great work team, it’s so awesome that you’re making this game.

I think most of the developers saw this coming anyway.

It doesn’t matter.
Time can’t decrease my concentration for BMS!
(Just do it best!)

Fong? Is that you?

Not everyone here’s proficient in English you know…

Anyways, more time for me to finish the original. Keep up the good work.

No worries 'bout the release date. We’ve waited this long, another couple of months wont hurt :3

Anyone else think this means they could be going for a release on steam? :awesome:

I thought it was already set to release through steam’s mod section

I dont think we are going to get details on what caused the delay :frowning:

NeoGaf is going crazy thinking Valve is buying you guys out >.<

I was also curious about that statement.

I feel like I’m gonna die of old age before this mod gets released. :fffuuu:

Will there be news update on the actual news page?

At least it gives me some time to finish Dragon Age Origins.

Am I the only one thinking Black Mesa still might be released Christmas day in order to surprise all the fans

Keep up the awesome work Devs!

Not a chance

Hopefully the release will contain cooperative mode

I actually think Carlos is referring to the games system requirement needs, they’re probably taking this extra time to refine the game so systems of a smaller spec can actually operate the game at a better standard.

Steam seems more like a Valve alternate rather anything that involves the BM teams indirect input and time.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
