I’ve noticed on these forums that everyone here is SOOOO ANGRYYYY!!!! Lets be happy! I can’t wait for this mod to release!

The (topic)miss of the 2009 release date just means the Dev’s want everything to be peachy, hence it’s going to be an even better mod! In the meantime, I’m not playing any HL series games, just so that when this releases, I’ll be able to play all the way through BMS, and then continue onto HL2 and the other episodes. I have a thing for starting something and then finishing it. I just hope that episode 3 releases in time so I can have a massive orgy of fraging! lol.

Do you all remember when HL1 was released? I remember my buddy down the street and I (after beating the game a few times in the first few months) used to walk home from school(I was just a freshman in HS then(1998)), go to my house, physically carry all my computer gear, CRT monitor and full custom server tower at that time, about a mile down the road to my buddies house, where we would lan and play HLDM, and race to see who could beat the game the fastest.
MAN those were awesome times.
I think that was around the time I got into those quake done quick demos, from speed demos archive’s website! also good times!

That’s a lot of kit for just the two of you isn’t it? 1 PC with screen and a server…? I do remeber HL1 being released, me and my mate used to spend hours in worldcraft - then playing each others (rather poor quality if I’m honest) level in DM… ahh, what fun!

Every day when I get on the computer, I Google “black mesa.” Every day hoping that I will find something new. Every day left sobbing in a puddle of my tears. So I decided to join this forum to ease my pain. Everyone seems so cheerful on here. So yeah. Yay.
