I’m not holding my breath, but it would be forgivably funny, an understandable prank which I believe would only strengthen our appreciation for Black Mesa.
This talk of 2011 though, dear lord I hope you’re not REALLY expecting that, let alone TOLERATING it if you do.
It would be funny, but it isn’t the case. They aren’t going to settle for a front-page preview in a gaming magazine that comes out AFTER the mod (Jan 13). I’m guessing based on the magazine date, late January or early Feb… but nobody with authority has ever said it is coming out in 2010, so it is vaguely possible it could be delayed till next year.
I say hogwash. How could it be they waited until a month before anticipated release before they were certain they could not finish in time, and be so underestimating their workload that the finalizing process would require a whole other year?
No, I think unless they intend to milk all they can out of no longer having an estimated release in order to do some serious nitpicking, that it would be ridiculous to believe they wouldn’t be finished by the end of the first quarter. It’s only logical, I would think.
Ridiculous? Yes. Impossible? No.
Tolerating it? I hope you aren’t serious, this is a free modification we’re not giving up anything for it when it comes out.

From avilable official info (General FAQ - links to 3 posts) I think it will be released at February/March. If there will something goes wrong then Jun/July. No problem here anyway. Waiting is paining - but released game cure that pain million times back ;o)
