i see what you meen now from that screeny but my laptop monitor gt a special colour profile on it atm because i use photoshop a lot and i can see it a bit clearer than the text in your screeny , if that makes sence but i agree it would be better either a darker colour or a dark background like the old theme before the system crash

I would like to point out though, that the Black Mesa header at the top of the page links to the forum page rather than the main page. I don’t know but I was under the impression that the header should link to the main page?

The website and the forums data went BOOM, thats what happened. So right now the recovery process is going on. And since the skin went BOOM along with everything else, Josh is making a new skin just for us. THANKS MAN!!!
I have the same issues. I like the new “white” theme better than the default, but the lack of differentiation between read and unread threads has made it too confusing. Fix this and I’ll be back on it for good.
I like itm although, down here in the quick reply box, the contrast is off on the lettering. (This may have been mentioned, I’m just too lazy to read)

Very high contrast, indeed. I think it’s better than the default, but it’d be a little easier on the eyes with some intermediate greys.

It wasn’t deleted, it was lost in the forum crash. Josh would have to put in a lot of work to redo it, which I guess is why it’s not being done.

Actually, I’m sure you’ve been a retard a lot longer than that. 
It got a fair bit of negative feedback for the high contrast, so I guess this skin is a fix for that (works well IMO… still not as nice as the pre-crash dark skin though ).
