Best Music Player?

Winamp gets my vote, though I like foobar too.

WMP. It works, therefore I have no reason to use anything else.

Foobar2000

By far the best customization.
As well as I can keep my folder super organized, and access them directly in the program.
Also the EQ is huge, and the amount of plugins for other media and file conversion is endless.

WMP. As bacon says, it works!

I know everybody hates Itunes, but I actually quite like it.

Foober for me. It’s the best for being lightweight with so many features and customisation.

Winamp was good ten years ago, but lost it’s reputation and drive when AOL bought it.

WMP and Itunes both do the job, but they’re very system-intensive compared to some of the other players.

Yeah man, foobar2000 all the way.

Songbird.

I tried WinAMP, it was slow as hell… although everyone else seems to not be getting the issues I have been getting, even after numerous re-installs.

I’d say WMP, but it doesn’t support Flac and some mp3 files, so my vote goes to Winamp.

whatever shitty thing your mp3 player forces ya to use

so you have an iPod?

Itunes. And no, fuck you.

Amarok ftw

Zune ftw.

Nice easy interface, fast as ever, organized for easy browsing of extremely large music libraries, eh syncs my ZuneHD wireless-ly and doesn’t afraid of anything. Tagging the meta-data for entire albums and individual songs is fast and efficient.

iTunes ftw.

Foobar, best of 'em all

Amarok on linux
Winamp on Windows

erm, Bolteh is right, I don’t see what everyone’s problem with Itunes is.

Like my Zune player! I just with that Microsoft would just combine WMP and the zune program. It would open a bunch of possibilities for both zune users and other media player users.

EDIT: my problem with iTunes is it’s an overweight memory leaking hog on windows while it’s a lean mean media playing machine on mac.
