Yes. The “something” is blowjobs. Thought it’d be a rather vulgar word for a thread title. I know what it sounds like, but hey, that’s what the comic is named, can’t change history can I? Anyway,
there is this Finnish comic in the internet, and I thought I’d translate it for shit and giggles. Took two days and here it is then. Note: I did the title myself by hand.
Now, it is somewhat dirty, so just incase, I put that rated for 16 in the title. :wink:

When you come up with a better way to translate that into English, let me know. The point was to describe something crooked/twisted/bent, and this works just fine.
