I’got an error “bad inline model number 74” after recent update.

Same happened to me. I’m wondering what caused it but I was able to solve it by restarting the chapter from the New Game submenu.
More info: it happened to me at the end of Unforseen Consequences at the headcrab lift. Reloading any checkpoint from before (in the same chapter) didn’t seem to solve the issue.
