are you planning on doing something special after the mod gets released?

Each day is a new generation, one whose term ends come next sunrise. It doesn’t take Tolstoy to figure out this is a colourful way of saying “the day after”, a wording which I had just used.
(The hyphenation is for distinguishing “the day after my birthday” rather than “the birthday after my birthday”, as hyphenation exists to clarify texts which escape enunciation.)[/size]

Hmm, you’ve given me a pretty good idea. When BM comes out and I am able to play it solo, I will read every sign and textual texture to locate errors. I will laugh when I see spelling errors persist under military dominion, but I will be inspired to manually correct any flawed textures within the scientific setting.

These minor texture adjustments, if there are any, will be zipped and distributed for those that tire of seeing its-it’s, then-than, there-their misunderstandings everywhere they go.

You need to get laid.

Play through until I get to Xen, then watch the ENDGAME chapter.

Then, play BMDM. Then, play co op. Then, play Left 4 Dead.

Repeat for next day.

I was toying with the idea of playing HL1 and BM side by side, for easier comparison, but hadn’t decided between Alt-Tabbing or using 2 machines…

^ You’d need 2 machines…

Since Steam doesn’t support running 2 games at once.

So not only do they make Nostalgia Glasses but also Nostalgia Earmuffs?

Off Topic: “No Mutants Allowed.com” should sell “Vault-Tech Nostalgia Glasses” for all the Fallout 1 and 2 fans that hate Fallout 3.

I am thinking about buying a truckload of coffee. I’m totally gonna play the mod at night - playing games during daylight feels somewhat wrong.

Given your playing speed, that’s a literal truckload of coffee, right?

<3 you Viv, thanks for getting us back on track.

Don’t have to play the steam HL1

mmm something i have trough for a while, make some kind of realistic BM , you know , enemys doing more damage, less ammo avalible , ironsighs , maybe carry less weapons at once ? all that could be done with the gfcscape and a notepad  .

yea i know not a lot of people are into realistic games but whatever :]

WON FTW

On topic, I’ll probably play through BM twice. then convince friends to get then we shall play Co-op.

I like this idea

I’m going to do a LP for BM. and play through it a whole bunch of times. I’ll probably stay up for 5+ hours just admiring the view. and HELLO!

I’ll talk to my server owner and get a BM server up for sure… clan division leader ftw

downloading teh mod and jizzing in my pants while waiting the torrent to finish in 5 hours. Yup, thats it

You’re gonna jizz in your pants for 5 hours? Damn.

I’m just gonna play the mod. Then, I’ll replay it in co-op mode.

Same as Keresh.

Although, I’ll probably convince my friend Justin to download Black Mesa, since I don’t like playing co-op online unless it’s with someone I know that I can converse about random shit with.

I’ll probably brake my keyboard from all the drool I make from BMs pure awesomeness and…stuff like that…I’ve probably been ninja’d a few trillion times but whatever :stuck_out_tongue:

For me, I’m going to first take the mod very slowly, exploring all that can be explored, drinking in the utter awesome of the game. Then I’ll stop screwing around and push that damned crystal into the beam and run like hell.

No, seriously, I’m going to play the game. All you guys suggesting things like rocking out with your whatever out? Pull your damned pants back up and play the game!
