Bad Boys 3?

What did you guys think of the recently released Rambo?

The last Rambo was actually decent. Nothing great, but it wasn’t a total waste of time. Worth renting or watching on cable.

Bad Boys is a shit franchise that gets worse with every minute on screen though.

What about when he rips that one guy’s throat out… well worth seeing :3

So, basically, a movie is worth seeing if people in there get killed in horrible and disgusting ways?

Exactly.

The new Rambo was a kickasss movie if anything. I thought the part where the bad guy grabs the little kid out of the lady’s arms and punts him into an exploding shack was the second goofiest act of violence I’ve seen outside of cartoons.

Have you seen that video of US Soldiers in Iraq (or Afghanistan) tossing a little puppy into a canyon?

You should go look for it - sounds like something you could find hilarious.

I liked the part where it went thud

Sounds like you don’t know the difference between fiction and reality.

That one asshole made our entire military look like shit. When my mother was in the military she got these two fucks in deep trouble because they were putting fire ants on a cat.

Some people should just be shot.

Wait, let me guess: Fictional horrifying death is hilarious, while real horrifying death is rather unpleasant? Did I get it right? Cookie for me? :stuck_out_tongue:

So I take it you won’t be playing Black Mesa either?
I mean, what’s the difference of blowing people people to bits in a video game and blowing people to bits in real life?

Weren’t you the one whining about how all 'Mericans are savages who tote around Tec-9’s and 12-guages, blowing off childrens heads when no one agreed on your idea to put bonus levels into the mod?

I know that it looked awful that he killed a poor innocent puppy but how is that bad versus say some Soldiers just purposely slaughtering civilians(Note: this is just an example im not going all political or saying anything about the two US wars)

Yeah it is. Because fictional people aren’t ‘real’ so therefore if you killed something that wasn’t real you didn’t really kill anything at all. Whereas in reality the person has a family that could grieve over them, authorities get involved and if you dont have the mind of a killer you’ll start to feel guilty or any other bad consequences of your actions will happen :stuck_out_tongue:

If that was the case, then the Saw series wouldn’t be so hated on right about now. XD

Haven’t we been over this before? I’m getting a horrible feeling of déjà vu… You know, the part where you completely failed to realize that fiction =/= real life.

ooh rah marine corps

killing puppys till the sun goes down

I liked the last rambo movie, it was nice to finally see rambo in full HD instead of blurry old movie quality… Apart from the awesome fight scenes, all the nature shots were beautiful due to HD.

No, no, NO! I WON’T believe that everyone here failed to see the irony pouring out of every single word in that quote!

Of course I know the difference between fiction and reality. Unlike some fundamental Christians I happen to know IRL. It just seemed kinda strange to me that people can laugh at a fictional character dying in the most horrible way, while they would rather puke or at least become “sick in their belly” (sorry I have no better expression for it) if seeing the same happen to a real person in real life. I just think it is odd. No offence meant.

And no, I am sure I never suggested Bonus Levels to be added to Black Mesa. But I certainly was a whiny bitch during my first three or four flame attacks on this forum. Probably because I was not used to such an amount of unprovoked hostility. You don’t have that on German forums very often.

Now that I have got used to it and keep thinking of you all as a bunch of morons ready to jump at each opportunity to flame me to death, I am getting along a lot better.

Thanks for asking.

I don’t think anyone missed the irony.

And what’s so odd about that?
Fictional gore doesn’t make me sick because it is not real. Real gore makes me sick because of obvious reasons.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
