It’s a reference to the book The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. In it people built the giant computer “Deep Thought” because they wanted to know “The Answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything” to which it replied 42 after calculating for 7.5 million years.
It is one of the most over-used and cliche references ever made.
All the more reason to implement it, I figured there would be this issue in the gibbing system so came up with the achievement.

And the name doesn’t even make sense.
Pure - Never enable cheats. Turning cheats on removes the achievement, and there is no way to re-acquire it.
