I just wanted to see what you think and know about sweden so:

  1. What do you know about Sweden and Swedish culture?

  2. How is Sweden looked upon in your country?

  3. What are the biggest prejudices about Sweden in your country?

In my country (anonymous to protect the innocent) we think Sweden lower than a mosquito. Lower than an aomeba. And Swedes are rude, vulgar, filthy people who would stab their own mother in the throat for a nickel or in their crude, primative language “a krona.” It is also a common viewpoint in my country that Swedish culture has contributed nothing significant throughout history.

Yeah. Actually I hope houses in Sweden are not made by IKEA. They’d crawl down under all the snow after only 2 hours.

I heard it has a very good educational system and has high wages (and is expensive). I may be thinking of another country though.

Wouldn’t know about the education, but you’re way off about the place being expensive. Finns go buy new cars and farm machinery to Sweden, they save thousands of € that way.

  1. I know that sweden first became christian in 1060, by a missionary called something with A. Other famous people are Gustav Vasa, Alfred Nobel and Carola. Also, it is the best country in the world at hockey.

  2. They are considered the best country in the world by us.

  3. IKEA, Ica Maxi, Jysk and Potatoes.
