I recently started a new play through of Black Mesa for the recent content update and i noticed a few missing textures.
Hopefully these get fixed soon.
Right next to the door at the end of the game in its current state there is a dead alien grunt with a missing texture that is ONLY on that hivehand and not the others.

In Questionable Ethics there is a computer monitor that has a missing texture, this monitor also has some significance to the ongoing ARG.
