99 problems mix used in the BF3 trailer

Hey I love the mix of 99 problems by Jay-Z in the BF3 trailer, but I can’t find out who mixed it or where I can download it (Or even if I can). I know its dubstep, but searching for it on the internet has yielded no results, if you have any information pertaining to this amazing mix, please let me know.

Thanks and happy holidays

No, it isn’t dubstep.

(Sorry about that)

And if its not dubstep, what is it? A reglitch?

It’s a remix of a Jay - Z song, which still makes it hip hop/rap. It’s nothing like dubstep, I don’t know how you came to that conclusion.

Why are you trying to start an argument over the classification of the mix? If you know who mixed the song/ where to download it, let me know and thanks in advance because that’s all I wanted to know.

Because he hates dubstep, he knows it’s not dubstep because dubstep is shit, so it’s not dubstep.

No, I just get annoyed when people go around blatantly mislabelling things.

That song was probably the worst thing they could have picked to advertise BF3 anyway, didn’t fit the trailer at all.

Are you guys serious… like really? If you don’t have anything useful to contribute please just… stop.

I think I can speak for a lot of people here when I say that we’re not too fond of rap, hip-hop or any of the urban/street/ghetto music and culture.

While I respect all of you guy’s opinions on music, and what types of music are great or shit, I really don’t care about your musical taste, just who mixed the music in this trailer:

Thanks

Oh you’re new here. you’ll get used to it.

Why don’t you just contact EA or DICE? Most probably it was their own internal marketing team who did the mix.

Alright so I’ve just listened to both the trailer and the song, and it’s not even the a mix. It’s just bits and parts of the tracks put one after the other. (oh and with a bit of adjustments on the treble and bass)

If you want to listen to the song as it appears in the trailer, just open Winamp/WMP/iTunes/Whatever, select 99 Problems by Jay-Z, press play and skip it now and then.

Or you know just rip the audio from the video…

Yeah lol…video2mp3.net for youtube videos, it’ll be shitty quality but judging by the fact that you like that music, you won’t really mind.

Aww I got beat. BTW the reason you aren’t finding it is clearly because it was mixed specifically for the trailer. As the extra sounds and stuff added seem to be from BF3’s sound assets.

Anyone else think its funny that they used a track called “99 Problems” who would want to buy a game with 99 problems?

[color=SeaGreen][COLOR=DarkGreen]> Implying the game doesn’t have more than 99 problems

NO THE GAME IS PERFECT YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE AND ANY REVIEWER THAT GAVE IT LESS THAN A 100 IS TEH BIAS.

I lol’d.
