2 giant black bars on the side of the screen. no matter the res

Hi everyone, i started black mesa today and i noticed 2 black bars on the side of the screen, the game wasn’t fitting my monitor, so i set the resolution to the size of my monitor, but it didn’t change a thing. any help?

I have the exact same problem.

The problem also appears when opening the source sdk base. The gameplay screen is not filling my entire screen, and instead two black bars appears on each side (when having on 4:3, trying to change to 16:3 but it’s not possible to change).

It’s exactly like the black bars that appear on TV and such… Please help!
