Yeah, I brought this up myself about a month ago. When someone just posts a link – especially if it leads to YouTube – with no explanation, no warning if it’s NSFW, just the link… well, I don’t bother. If you want us to look at something, at least give us an idea of what we’re going to be looking at.
I figure that, even if people see the problem and actually go along with it, it’ll still be about a month and a half before we have to bring it up again. I think the limit on people’s ability to actually be helpful is about 40 days.
It was easier when the boards permitted YouTube embedding; you could see the title and everything right there, and decide on your own whether or not to press Play. When that worked, you could post something without explaining it. Ever since the reboot, that hasn’t worked, and half the people who post here have failed to realize it.
I just fixed it, and it obviously tells you it’s about you sucking bags of dicks, you might find the video informative because it makes you think of the proper procedure. :3
