Going with difficulty of pronunciation:

Particularly

Most people I talk to pronounce it as “particuly.” Whenever I pronounce it right, they all look at me weird and say I pronounce it wrong. Then I play “English teacher” and go through the word with them. Then they tell me to fuck off.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard someone pronounce it like you’ve said there. I use that word a lot and usually say something like “puhticularly”.

As an Englishman, I need to point out that a lot of these words are American English… especially the first one with a ‘z’ in it…

I’ve never heard anyone here use words like ‘derp’, ‘dickrot’ and ‘y’all’

y’all is just an accent for you all in someparts of america, I’m american and i’ve never heard rickrot, and derp is a woed on the internet mostly, no-one says it irl
