Slyr is short for Slayer, which used to be my favourite band way back when I first discovered heavy metal which is, incidentally, the same time I discovered the intarwebz. It stuck and i just kept using for everything: Devart, TMZ, BMS, ETC…

I used my real name, and then replaced the ‘A’ with the Lambda sign, because of my overrated obsession with Half Life.

However, I seem to have obtained the nickname Lambdadam from a few of the guys from the BM Chat.

I chose my name because I was playing a game on B.Y.O.N.D (Build Your Own Network Dream) and there was a Dragonball Z game ( This was when I was a huge DBZ fan ). You could choose your own race and shit, so I chose a Demon. When it came to making the name, I thought, “Hmm, might as well choose a name that sounds like a Demon and has the letter ‘De’ in it.” And after many thoughts over the name, I thought of the pokémon, Dodrio and immediately thought of DenDrio :smiley:

I was playing some Zombie Panic for the first time and kept getting nom’d.

I was zombie food bscly.

Zombie= rot

Food=fodder

I liked the sound of it and it has stuck ever since. plus I will have the most badass survivor name once the zombies apocalypse happens.
