What are you listening to v3

in that category i’d like to vouch for Brodequin and Amputated Genitals. both respective debut albums are modern death metal classics with more or less intelligent songwriting, too, once you decipher them. i especially enjoy the former’s medieval torture instruments-theme.

He redeemed himself with that album. Straight up. One of my faves to come out this year.

deadmau5 - Raise Your Weapon

Where’s my face?

all of the lights is good as fuck ok

Jeez you guys don’t even know what metal is

Ulver - Of Wolf and Fear

i like how that amputated genitals song is completely off beat. i usually just listen to bands like these for inspiration when making music. i can’t see myself sitting around and listening to them for fun.

@intooblivion: i’ve never heard of ulver. i’m a big burzum fan, though. this shit is right up my alley. lo-fi and angry.

does that mean you think what you see posted here is all the poster knows about?

wolf and fear is one of my all time favorite black metal songs, you silly sod.

Nine Inch Nails - [WITH TEETH] - Love is not Enough

O God my speakers were set on really loud for some reason. Excuse me while I try to find the hair blasted from my head.

Maximum the Hormone…They’re pretty good. I still like The GazettE more, though.

visual kei isn’t music.

p.s. i’m currently listening to MY OWN MUSIC HERP DERP

Zebrahead - Deck The Halls (I Hate Christmas)
dont ask, just going through my favs

I have Patrick Jumpen - The Secret stuck in my head. This is by no means a good song, and the video makes me want to punch that kid in the face, but I’ve been teaching myself to jumpstyle for the last week or so so I’ve been listening to the music and watching the videos for ideas. It’s pretty fun.

Shellac ─ 1000 Hurts
