spoiler: [color=‘black’]I knew Michonne had let it go after Rick said what he said to the Governor. As for Lily; there’s no telling if she shot a walker behind him or not. We didn’t actually see the bullet go into his skull.
Even then I’d have taken the time to kill him myself, he’s too dangerous to let him linger even if you’d think he’d die from blood loss. If there’s even a remote chance a fool like that would survive, I’d make sure they die. Painfully. And I’d make sure the deed was done before I headed out.
Call me ruthless. Hell I’d take out members of my own group (including family) if they were bitten. They’re as good as dead once that happens imo.
There are few things as bad as when the heroes neglect to make sure the villain is really dead.
I really, really liked this episode. However, I saw most of it coming. Found the governor part to be very satisfying. But …where’s Judith? I think the governors girl ( Lilly I think) and her sis took her away. That or Liz and the kids did it.

So, Ive learned why this series became lame after the first season. Apparently each episode of season 1 was based around one issue of the comics, whereas each of the next seasons was a few issues stretched out to cover an entire season.
Spoiler: Carl, check Rick’s pulse already and see if he’s dead, for fuck’s sake… if he’s dead, put a knife in his skull and move the fuck on.
Edit: I can’t believe the sheer stupid involved with some of the actions some people take. Holy shit…
Post-Show Edit: Well I’m glad Rick’s alive and Michonne’s found them at least. I wish Carl would have checked his pulse instead of raving like an idiot at his dad while he was out cold… I also think he’s a pussy for not shooting his dad when I thought he was a walker. I’d have shot him.
I’m glad he didn’t though man. That woulda sucked. I definitely thought tonight’s episode was a great way to start off the second half of the season.
That’s why you ask prior to shooting. If they don’t answer, it generally means they’ve turned. 
But over all, it was a good episode, next week’ll be interesting.
The point of this episode was to show how cocky and arrogant Carl became only for everything to fall down when he makes a ton of mistakes and realizes he still needs other people to help him.
That last part may also apply to Michonne.
