No, what we mean is that Gordon doesn’t have character not that he doesn’t talk, also there’s a lot of words in Half Life and a lot of action in Metal Gear Solid.

I can’t help but thinking that Gamestop has been messing with these results. I remember in a previous poll two choices were very very close. It seems unrealistic that both choices are in the 47,000 and still within ten votes of each other. No matter how evenly matched, something like that seems pretty unlikely, especially because it has happened in two gamestop polls.
Can you vote multiple times? If so then there’s your answer: the numbers are meaningless but there are a small number of fans of each of them periodically vote spamming until their favourite is a few votes ahead of the other.

Wow, just watched the videos and I gotta say Snake looks a lot more kick ass. The video really doesn’t do Gordon justice though, it doesn’t show him fighting except for the gravity gun, there should be clips of him crowbarring the shit out of enemies.
