I actually completely missed the secret room on my first playthrough. It wasn’t until I heard him mention it in the commentary that I came across it.

My sugestions:
At this point you should be able to move the container’s door with your body.
Its fixed like a lot of other props on the map, wich I dont realy like…
On the same image in the corner, where the crossair points, you can get stuck behind that box !
About the old SOUNDS to make it sounds better:
- open fl studio doesnt matter which one
- add your wav files to the bars
(note) u can also add them directly to the song tab but its easier the first way - u dont have to put the wavs in any numberd mixers
master will work fine.
to do this simply click on teh FX button somewhere in the upper right corner
if u have fl 7 or newer version a limiter will be added automaticly
turn that off and add a parametic eq 2
You can also use parametic eq 1 or equo basically any vst that works like an eqalizer
if u want ur sound to sound better quality
try turning up the 6 and 7 bands
cuz parametic eq2 has 7 bands
and old sounds are like 32kb per sec wavs wich means
it kinda sounds like it comeing from a box or a cellar
what u want to do is add more upper mid and treble to ur sound
to get the quality u want
oh
also put ur wav files in the
example : /Program FIles/ Imgae Line/data/patches/User folder
then simply drag the wavs to the bars where you can see kick clap snare and hat

at the lobby at the start of the game, it must be the dome in the cameras not the tram system. i think text’s maps has cameras too. can you implement that in your version in an update?
_oh look uplink happened during forget about freeman not lambda core, the transition to uplink is in c3a1 in an elevator that you must noclip first. no soldiers are in lambda core but only faf
The subtitles at the beginning. When the scientists says “aerial” it’s spelled “arial.” Just thought I’d point that out.
Maybe as in the old one, u can jump on the containers to get some grenades

BMS Main Story has a NPC Problem with first guard who opens the train!?!
The guard disappears when he starts to and you stuck in the train!
And i think it is better for everything!
Not for future updated files… It gives a special status to the rest of the game[/b]
1st: Hazard Course Remake
2nd: BMS Main Game
3rd: BMS Xen part
4th: Credits: FAKE - a small part of original to create a transition to demo remake
5th: Uplink
6th: The Real Credits
And then it is the best completed remake of a Game!
Oh and one thing more:
The title on main game start (Black Mesa Uplink) has missing characters (U, p, i, n)
They aren’t included in the blackmesa.ttf file!

The ‘Black Mesa’s Surface Tension’ (released too in this forum) has it’s own ‘scenes.image’ file.
Is there a chance we can get a ‘scenes.image’ file which is compatible with both mods?
checked them with WinMerge…
they have the same file size and the same content!
can someone confirm it with MD5 hash ?
Go to Source SDK>Face Poser>File>Rebuild scenes.image
There you can have both mods compatible in BM.

Fiddled around a bit and removed it manually. I have nothing against the mod, I just didn’t enjoy it enough to bother playing it more than once or twice.
When can we expect a patch for this beautiful mod?

Hezus, are you still gonna update this before Xen releases?
There is still going to be an update to adapt the pack to the new settings after the Xen release. I’ll also do some smaller bug fixes that have been reported, but don’t expect a complete overhaul or extension.

My suggestions for update:
-Better animations for vent and soda machine.
-Xeno flora somewhere
-Change of lighting to dark after garg kills guard and more scentist corpses there
-lighting fixes
-you can pass through the sewers even marines don’t open the door
-change from WGH soundtrack to FaF soundtrack.
-more zombies in ambush or more houndeyes in that area since BM has larger packs of houndeyes
-make the lighting even more red at the start of level also a bit of cinematic physics
-a camera that shows a scientist when he says “Wait a minute, and I’ll let you in.” that scientist is the same as the one at the start of the level.
-elevator changing levels not too long and change the elevator too
-vent on the warehouse must have like a ladder to distract players
I guess it’s okay to put my suggestions. It’s not a total overhaul like expanding areas even more.
