No one has ever questioned the legality of drunken bike-riding, so I guess I’ll go with that. Well, that or a tricycle.
What country are you in? Pretty sure the fuzz don’t like you cycling while drunk - if nothing else you’re dangerous to other road users. I’ve only done it once a couple of times, the second of which I totalled my bike crashing it.
