I do a mix of squats and “switches”. I forgot what the latter is called. It’s basically you kneel on one knee, then pounce up and switch your kneeling leg in the air. Anyway, I do as many as I can until I can barely stand, and the rest of the week it feels like someone’s beaten me wit rebar.
But it’s a good kind of hurt.
