Big blender.
Tomorrow can’t come fast enough. The last hour of work on Fridays are the longest. My boss is out, so I think I’ll go wonder the storage room and get a drink.
Well, I just downloaded Winamp, went through, got album art for somewhere around 400 albums, and got rid of all of the duplicates. So far I like it a hell of a lot more than iTunes, mainly because it doesn’t use half of my CPU.
Sorry I have to say this.
Welcome to 2005.
Lmao.
I used Winamp waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in like…2000 or so. I just haven’t even tried using it since then.
So mostly because my attempt to split the movie in multiple parts has failed, I am now trying to upload PF:LAP in a single, 1hour and 32 mins, movie on Youtube. I will probably get banned due to Sony BMG/WMG crapiness but I will atleast have tried.
The issue I had with winamp before was the terrible skins it had by default, and I couldn’t find any good ones. I’ll look into it some more.
There’s a pretty decent looking one right now. I remember the old one was horrid. And I’ve seen screenshots of the HL2 one for it.
This is why I like WMP.
Doesn’t need skins to look good.
more like 1998. Winamp has pwnd all competition for aaaagggess.
I probably won’t pull it off, $200 is a lot.
If I give up I’ll just use the money I already have and buy all the Fallout 3 DLC I don’t already have.
Still, I hope I can make it.
why is it so dead tonight?
It’s saturday dude.
I think your the only one who hasnt been doing anything today.
i was working all day
I went to a LAN party at a mates place.
Highlight of the day:
Accidentally gave him XP 32bit version of Alcohol 120% to make an image, thing is he is using Vista 64bit, it created a never ending blue screen loop, ie turn on pc, wait for it to load the desktop then bluescreen and start again.
So we backed up all his shit on my 1TB, reinstalled Vista, but the files back on his drive.
This involved ripping out the HDD and having it plugged into my pc while sitting on top.
Once the day was done we had played 4 hours of C&C Generals, an all time favourite for our group and about 3 hours of COD4.
When I got home at about 10, my PC wouldn’t boot just giving me a long beep.
I’ve come to work out in the past, this means something isnt plugged in right.
So pushed down on everything, power plugs, sata plugs, vid card, ram all of it.
Still beeping, so I thought fuck it and dismantled the whole PC.
While it was in pieces I thought this would be a great time to clean everything and redo all the thermal paste, since the last time I did it was about 6 months ago.
Also used this opportunity to make all the cables neat and tidy for once, didn’t turn out as well as I had hoped, but still an improvement on before.
Turned it on, no long beep but the screen wouldn’t show anything which caused a massive FFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-
Sat down, looked at everything, swapped the DVI plug to the other on the vid card, nothing.
Check the DVI on the monitor, was half plugged in.
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRKKKKKKKKK.
^Way too much stuff.
Agreed, my WMP is just a 200x200 window that shows the album art.
All I need.
Yeah, I agree that it has a lot of stuff on it. It took me a couple hours to figure everything out, but now that I have, I much prefer it to iTunes, since I can sync my iPod with it.
Also, keep in mind that I have WMP 9 on my computer.
I use 11.
