Actually even the few girls you might call “smart” like the series. The thing I find sad though is that some of them don’t even like the books or movies at all, they just watch it because “OMG ROBART POTTENSON, OMG GUY WITHOUT HIS SHIRT ON!!!1 OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG”.

There are some rather intelligent university students that I know that swoon over this crap and the half nude males involved. It’s so weird.
Although I must say, my scientific curiousity is almost piqued enough to pick up one of the books. I guess I should have some quality novel or text book to read afterward to restart my brains. Just in case.

Well, I don’t know about you but living in the richest part of town causes a large amount of girls to act in a certain way. I have nothing against girls I just have a feeling that a large amount of them tend to act in a certain way, even though I hang out with mostly girls.
I’m not saying that’s bad, I’m saying that it doubles as a makeshift porno (on a much lesser scale but still), which is sad because of all the worship it gets.

You think it’s unusual for women to act like guys in that they’ll go to a movie just to see someone hot (Transformers 2 anyone?)? Also, I loved that little bit about “hanging mostly with girls”. It’s like when someone’s racist and then defends themselves by saying “but I have loads of black friends!”
Most of the guys who went to see that movie for the girl are equally stupid.
