Well, being non-American, I thought that the joke was supposed to be that “COONT ROL” could be pronounced “Cunt Roll” …
Later, I thought that the supposed “black people birth control” was in the crackiness around the arrow/cross apendices next to the “O’s”, as in “cutting their genitals off”. Still didn’t think it was that funny, but what the heck.
