Both of em have ups and downs about em. I like tupac because his words mean something, I like smalls because his shit is catchy as hell.

So… I’m “hmmm…meh” with both. Equally.

well biggie was all about rising up outta the hood and pac was about making the hood better so they both had positive messages.
