I don’t think I was at GamerNode. That might have been before my time here. I do distinctly remember being here in the relatively early days, but not posting much before 2008-9, maybe. (Join date may 2009, but I was on a previous version of the forum before that, I think.)
Someone with a name similar to mine arrived during the GamerNode days… not to waste time, but to see what was going on and maybe take part in some suggestions. He holds no regrets regarding his contributions during that time.
He is mildly disappointed that BM barnacles are unchanged from HL2 barnacles, as am I. It would have been great to have them plunge their tongues in ambush on Hard.
Edit: PhillandEv assures me that this will be implemented in Black Mesa: Source [link], and he has “dev” in his name so it must be true. My hope is renewed.

My girlfriend broke up with me a little while ago. I sort of agreed that it was time to move on, but now she has a new guy friend, and only now I realize how much I care for her. Frankly, there’s not much you can do to not be embarrassing during your teen years. A good start, though, would be to not try and troll anyone, and not overtly attempt to make yourself look cool in front of others.
