I have it atleast three times a winter. You get used to it.
Speed limit here is 30MPH, 90% of the time i drive at around 40MPH. Unless i’m near a school or a built up area, then i slow down. Then in the 60MPH zones i do about 90 haha.
Yeah well I got caught by a mobile speed camera. Some failure of a cop sitting in his unmarked car at the bottom of a steep hill, trying to catch speeding motorists. Bloody poofters, the lot of them!
We were all a P-plater once. But, I should finally be getting my fulls next March! 
Whats a P-Plater? We have red learner plates, which mean you can only drive with someone who is insured on the car AND had a license for more than five years AND be over 25.
We have green L plates as well, these mean new driver who has a full license, but obviously isn’t a confident driver. These are optional.

Basically, after your learners, you’re on your P’s which means (in my state at least) the car you drive can’t have a turbo, has to be under a specific power-to-weight ratio, can only have one passenger at most under 25 in the car, and you must have your P-plates displayed at all times so the cops can pull you over and give you a fine for no reason at all other than because they’re having a shit day.
Thats shit! Mind you though, the police pull over any young drivers here. I’ve been breath tested more times than i can count. They do it for the fun of it. So its no different over here really.
Apart from the fact that a 17 year old can pass his driving test and jump into the driving seat of a Ferrari with a million turbos and 10,000000 BHP with all his mates in the back.

Hahaha, NSW road laws are shit. I hear you cant go over 80 if you’re on your Ls. You can still do the P off course though? That usually stops the cops being bastards.
Well I’m in Victoria currently, but when I had my learners and P’s in SA, there was an 80km/h limit on L platers and a 100km/h limit on P platers. I think Vic has a similar policy.
Paddy, there was an ad that was aired here aimed at the consequences of texting and driving. It came from the UK. You guys can make some graphic ads! Its the one with the three or four chicks in the car and the driver starts texting.

In QLD you can do any speed limit as soon as you get your L’s.
But I also constantly speed, around 10km over the limit just about everywhere.
And I’ve only ever been done for driving in the right lane for too long.

I HAD TO REMOVE A LOT OF THE SMALL PROPS AND REPLACE SOME TEXURES AND I ALWAYS TRY TO USE A SMALL AMOUNT OF TEXTURES SO I DON’T RUN INTO THAT ERROR! NEXT THING I KNOW, THE MAP WILL STOP COMPILING PROPERLY AND I’LL HAVE TO MAKE A COPY WITH A NEW NAME AND RECOMPILE THE PREVIOUS MAP OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT WHY OH WHY DOES STUFF LIKE THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN TO ME!!! The head on collison would have caused the entire front to collpase, the driver and the passenger become the crumple zones, and the two in the back wouldn’t come of so well.
