I WAS DUPED INTO DOWNLOADING A FACEBOOK VIRUS THROUGH A FAKE NOTIFICATION. IT CONTINUED TO GULL MY ENTIRE FRIEND’S LIST INTO BEING INFECTED THROUGH FAKE NOTIFICATIONS
I deleted it with relative ease, but I am still pissed about being a vector.
WHY IS IT FOLKS CANT CHECK THE STATUS OF THE PROFILE BEFORE CLICKING “REPORT”!?? EVERY TIME A BOT COMES IN AND SENDS OUT MASS PERSONAL MESSAGES, WE GET DOZENS OF FOLKS REPORTING THE SAME MESSAGE WITHOUT REALIZING THAT THE BOT PROFILE HAS ALREADY BEEN DELETED OR OTHERWISE PURGED FROM THE SYSTEM!
DONT REPORT IF THE SENDER’S PROFILE IS DELETED. IF IT ISNT THERE, IT MEANS WE TOOK CARE OF IT!
