I love my last name. There are only two ways you can pronounce it.
One is the proper German pronunciation.
The other is how Americans pronounce it.
I once had a teacher who seemed to try pronouncing every name wrong. He even turned my one-syllable first name into a two-syllable one. But when it came to pronouncing my last name wrong, all he managed was reproducing the German pronunciation. Just as right, if not more so.

That sucks. My laptop also had the bad nvidia chip (geforce 8400GS) but it died from a bad bios flash, IMO netbooks aren’t really worth it, too slow and often too small and too big at the same time. I have had a few and I prefer the 9" screen models over the 10" screens even though they are easier to type on.
