A couple of coworkers and I think our direct report is crazy. Not as in just difficult to get along with. I am talking crazy crazy. As in either bi-polar, multiple personality, alzhimers, sinile, or a combination of all. The problem? She is a fed. So she cant be fired. So my options? Deal with the chaos, or quit. Quitting is not an option at this stage. So I have to deal with the chaos daily. UGH!
