Hello, I’m new here what up. Can a AMD r5 series graphic card run black mesa at full settings with an 8gb ram memory full speed with an AMD A9-9420

Your system doesn’t meet the minimum requirements.
Specifically, you need a Dedicated video card with at least 2GB of memory installed on it.
You can try running the game on lowest settings.

How about a r7 apu? An AMD a8 quad core computer?

You can purchase the game on Steam and refund it if it doesn’t work.
But like CPU said, discrete gpu’s are not supported.
