Social media campaign starts on Facebook

Don’t know why I lol’d so hard at that, but now everyone in the office knows I wasn’t working. :frowning:

Here’s one without editing, but still using what you call bug tools and glitch tricks. Of course that depends on definition. If you define bunnyhopping as a glitch trick that already makes the completion of half life in 30 minutes without glitch tricks an impossible task.

Is it just me or is everyone acting much more friendly since the media release!? I like the new ambiance but I have to admit, it’s kinda creepy.

No it isn’t just you

you fucking asshole

You appear to have misspelled “Blessings be upon thee.”

You’d think so but no, it’s Black Mesa Tourette’s

Attempting shutdown…

It’s, it’s not shutting down.

STOP!

That’s pretty impressive. But yeah, the bunny hopping in the video has to be modded or something bc he jumps insanely large gaps of distance perfectly every time claiming it was all done in one run. And i have no idea what happened at 12:03. Lol

Idd wth is up with that.

12:05 : Power Up
12:06 : Okay, power’s up, proceed

The Black Mesa Research Facility technology never ceases to amaze me

It’s magic!

Can we expect some new media when Fb group hits 30k? :stuck_out_tongue:

No

It’s a glitch “_” the guy on the vid has skipped half-the-game :frowning:

Your ignorance never ceases to amaze me.

All the guy did was using in-game bugs, glitches and a bunny hopping and other scripts.

Me too. Luckily the eyes on the media release screenshot are just the right color so they won’t be too noticeable in the middle of a fight.

He uploaded a demo of his run, its in the youtube description.

Can a dev please specify what place the Vortigaunt screenshot represents? There are comparison screenshots for every shot except that one. I guess it’s a made up Lab, but is there any kind of reference in the original HL1? Even if it was just a corridor or a room, where is that lab in reference to the original HL?

Oh right. Thanks. I guess that, if we knew the layout exactly, we could just take a photo of whatever corridor or room that new lab has been added into.

BTW, there is a very obvious lighting bug in the ceiling, in that Vort screenshot. The ceiling itself is pitch black but the lamp has so much light.

:what:

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
