Does this even exist? Health Care and Education has to be funded from somewhere, otherwise Teaching and Nursing would be two undesireable jobs.
Is the term ‘free’ incorrect and missguiding because it is ultimately paid by the population, through the Government, who allocates the sum of taxes for education and health care.
