Recording a quick demo fixes that (reloads the models). Go to the console and type (from memory, so I’m not 100% certain): record fix; stop
That tells it to record a demo called ‘fix’, but then to immediately stop recording. Should fix your glitch without leaving the game or server.
Doesn’t matter, Valve already released an update with a fix for the problem.
To be honest, there have been various occasional glitches like that one since the game came out, and I’m sure I’ll still find uses for the demo recoding method of fixing them even if Valve fixed this specific case.
