bad color design
that ammount of contrast hurts my eyes
Nopa, it’s good mimicry of the old games.
old games had 64 colors
this has like 78 billion
and they are all clashing
Its a touch busy but the contrast is fine if they just toned down the amount of onscreen mess.
I agree with patonki. My eyes were straining while watching that video. To much contrast, needs less forground also.

Just an animation, and not a playable game, but as far as art direction goes it blows that last one out of the fucking water.
Now THAT’s Cool.

Fucking iron.
It looks like you need to mine out that iron and smelt that shit.
With the never ending good advice Patonki has, I expect no less than a billionaire multi award winning designer spanning many fields, sometime in the near future :hmph:
Remember; 101% of the time, he knows better than professionals.
I agree with this, but I’m more excited with the amount of promise the project shows, simple color correction can be fixed and clutter can be removed easily. I just love having something I can play that has Sonic’s movement and physics down so perfectly on such a capable engine. It’s already far more fun to play than Sonic 4, for instance.
We all know he’s secretly Gabe Newell and this is why Episode 3 hasn’t been released.
Also, if they do finish that Sonic thing, it could be pretty neato, but those things tend to die. A lot. Or get delayed.
They see me rollin’
They hatin’

Haha, that’s brilliant. Best post in ages.

I accidentally the whole internet!1!11
Now that is the kind of racing game we need.
modded LFS? or what?
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
