It was on-par with Morrowind’s ending which was about 100 times better then the boring cop-out at the end of Oblivion I mean seriously you don’t even get to fight Mehrunes Dagon that’s just boring, to end a game with no real difficulty, also trekking through Oblivion the first time was fun, but doing 10 times for each of the cities was really boring, of course the Thieves Guild quests and The Dark Brotherhood in Oblivion were so awesome I never cared about the main quest after beating for the first time.

You could fight Mehrunes Dagon, but IIRC you did nothing to him and he killed you pretty quick :stuck_out_tongue:

But yeah, Oblivion’s ending was rather weak.
